Rocky Mountain Behavioral Science Institute, Inc. (RMBSI) will cease to do business after completing its existing contracts. We are no longer making new contracts.

We are completing current contracts. If you have surveys and a current Order Agreement, we will prepare your reports on the completed surveys when we receive your shipment, as planned.

If you need to give a youth survey in your community we suggest these options:

1. You may use the RMBSI survey questions in the future if you hire a separate evaluator to handle the data analysis and reporting for you. Check with your local universities or with the American Evaluation Association (www.eval.org) to look for a specialist in evaluation/statistics (ideally one with particular knowledge of program evaluation for substance use prevention efforts).

Please note that a limited number of printed surveys (without data analysis service) are available for sale through RMBSI until our inventory is gone. After that, you may arrange to print any of the survey questions shown in the links to the right. We hereby relinquish our copyrights and place these survey items in the public domain.
